| How long does it take to install SchoolSoft? |

SchoolSoft can be can be completely installed and tested in a new school district within one week. There are several convenient setup options to choose from which makes adding and removing school sites very easy. SchoolSoft can be setup locally using the an Installation CD. SchoolSoft can also be installed over a local network or secure connection to the Internet.

| How are all of my students and staff going to get trained to use SchoolSoft? |

SchoolSoft assigns a dedicated support staff to each new school district which include account representatives, technical trainers, and a technical support team. Your Account Representative will determine how many Technical Trainers are needed to bring your district up to speed, which will depend on your enrollment and staff. Once the initial training and setup have been completed, monthly refresher courses are conducted on site for additional hands on support and training. In the interim, a technical support team will be on hand during school hours to offer live chat support that users can access online.

| How are we billed for SchoolSoft? |

SchoolSoft bills each school district, based on contract terms, on a monthly basis. SchoolSoft is only billed for active use during the school year which amounts to nine months of billing for twelve months of usage. SchoolSoft is a service orientated web based application which is constantly evolving and updating. Therefore, all application updates are not billable and are performed during times of minimal usage. We also service an every changing user base as new students are added while other students are archived each year due to graduations, withdrawals, tranfers, or expulsions. SchoolSoft is renewable each year unless longer contracts are desired to lock in the lowest rates.
